ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
The position will be responsible for several Customer Service Representatives and report to the Store Manager. Candidate must be a self-starter and willing to assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day functions of the store and offer strong customer service support. JOB SUMMARY: 

The primary job functions will be to monitor the repairs to the home in the event of loss to the property. The Associate will be involved in assuring the damage to the home is repaired to the original condition by following specific set procedures and guidelines. Handle telephone calls, loss draft claim file processing and other contacts from borrowers, agents, clients, etc. Support borrowers and external customers. Assist in the training and development of other Loss Draft Associates.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

Deliver timely, accurate customer service and loss draft claim file handling
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Understand and adhere to documented ZCS business practices
Meet productivity, quality, and availability standards as well as schedule adherence and attendance guidelines so as to assist in meeting client service levels
Service incoming borrower/client inquiries and/or process all incoming correspondence, loss draft claim file handling and handle all client-specific issues
Assist with other functions/departments as necessary
Share accountability with the team for delivering service and quality to clients
